How incredibly opinionated.

PIAs certainly can be another's IMHO and visa versa.

I have always had trouble with (In My Humble Opinion). I
have never seen a HUMBLE opinion. Folk who are opinionated
are seldom humble and often wrong.

I can certainly appreciate both sides of this coin. Money
Orders can be a PIA. I once tried to cash a USPS money
order at the post office and they did not have enough cash
on hand to make the transaction. The money order was for 50
dollars.

On the other hand I once received a check from an accountant
that bounced.

I have never tried paypal and probably never will. In my
unhumble opinion, paypal has too much potential for fraud.
