If I lived in a larger city and was a busy person I might want to 
consider Paypal. At the moment I would rather spend a few minutes 
getting a MO rather than having to expend the effort to open and 
maintain a second bank account dedicated to Paypal so I could access 
my funds. Sometimes I would rather use the funds for other things 
besides Ebay. The way I understand it if you have funds in Paypal 
they want to charge you $1.50 to cut a check unless you give them 
access to a bank account.

I don't know how true it is, but I heard that if a buyer is not happy 
with a purchase through Paypal they will do a charge back and freeze 
your account until they resolve it. With the way people whine 
unnecessarily, I wouldn't want to get involved with that.
