[Milsurplus] TCS Mounting Brackets

I have heard of the famous TCS mounting brackets used when the rig is stacked. Anyone have a photo? 
Was it painted to match the cabinet? Did it use a spacer to separate the cabinets?

I'd like to get my TCS-8 as close to stock as possible.

PS: any info/photos of the "20 foot whip antenna" these were designed to drive?
