[Milsurplus] Postage rates

Well, I stand corrected. The PO web site is still showing rate charts for 
economy and parcel post foreign shippments as of this morning. I called and 
complained (politely) and they hung up on me. So I sent them the following 
email:

CONGRATULATIONS! You have just put several thousands of small US and foreign 
businesses out of business by dropping the economy and parcel post rates to 
foreign countries. Not to mention the ill will generated by stopping the 
flow of personal items and small goods between businesses and families.



Or perhaps we should put the PO in charge of border security.

If any of you outhouse lawyers out there can come up with a GOOD scathing 
form letter we should bombard the PO with a blitz of emails and bury them. 
Then maybe they would change things. They ain't gonna change unless we make 
enough noise so lets get started.
