[Milsurplus] PRC-47 antenna adaptor

I wonder if anyone on list is familar with a company that makes an adaptor for the PRC-47 antenna base section to couple to the standard mobile mout. 

The screw size is the same (3/8". The PRC antenna base screw is coarse thread, 16 pitch. The standard mobile mount is fine thread, 24 pitch. 

Are such adaptors available off the shelf?
