[Milsurplus] What is Cylinder in Nems-Clarke Receiver

It's a blower to keep the tube cool.  There were 2 types of tuner, 
short and long.  The early version of the long tuner had a 416B tube 
in it.  The later ones had a ceramic tube but I can't remember the 
number.   It was larger than a 7077.  The short tuner did not have 
the amp stage.
