All attackers coming in on the same routes.

In the case of Vietnam, repeatedly using the
same tracks for attacks, time after time, day
after day.  Even a novice strategist could
figure out that ain't the way to go.  Of course
the generals and Light Bulb Johnson didn't
give a rat's but about the troops.

I call it negligence and stupidity at best and
murder at the extreme!
