I don't disagree with, in the RA-20, moving the input filter capacitor to the 
output and replacing the 5W4 with a plug-in FWSS.  But because of the 
mechanical design of the RA-20, you really need to either rebuild the 8-8 ufd 
original and tie the two sections together or at least salvage the single-hole mount 
base for tie points.  Otherwise you will go to a lot of unnecessary trouble 
installing tie points or end up with MAC's.
