[Milsurplus] RT-68 interops

I wuz using my RT-68 with my RT-70 and PRC-6's, so I never had a b/w issue. 
It sits forlornly in the queue (at least, I did buy a PP-1175, and build a 
'long bone' power cable so I could work on it more readily ...) now, as it 
suddenly started modulating in the 'positive' direction only!  (i.e., it 
would swing up in f., but not down)  It uses some zany dual-tube modulator - 
toobs check good; anybody had this happen afore?!
