[Milsurplus] Fw: need ARC Type 12 crystals

Take care in using the ARC-type-12 transmitters.
They double in the final and, if not fed to a narrow-band antenna,
have a wicked 70 mHz component in the output.
I tested a bunch of popular mil equipmet with 
then state-of-the-art equipment back in the mid-90s
and the type-12 Transmitter was the only one with 
significant spurious output.  Since the input of the 
spec analyzer was frequency-flat 50 ohms, 
and the transmitter was tuned-up according to the 
manual, I assume the narrow-band antenna
was supposed to take care of that 70 mHz bump.
