[Milsurplus] How to remove a STUCK set screw.

Hello Group -

Have a situation attempting to remove a set screw from a BC-348 knob.  
The faces are stripped so hex wrench  turns freely.
Tungsten bits - No Worky
Stainless Steel Bit - No Worky

What type of bit will cut the set screw?

Any Ideas -  Glue in and sacrifice an old hex wrench?
