[Milsurplus] Speaking of Command Set Costs...

Hi all,
Looks like a "training" memo to the troops, i.e., this it what this unit 
cost the government, and you.

It puts me in mind of one of our tasks in basic training: memorizing the 
cost of the various issue items we had.  Every time we reported to the 
orderly room we had to recite one of these.  The favorite wisecrack was "One 
troop - ten thousand dollars, sir."
