[Milsurplus] MAB/DAV tuning fixture?

For those who wish for more info than just a cryptic ebay number, this is a CCI-made frequency alignment unit with an outline on the front panel that looks like the cross-section of an MAB unit.

Since CCI made every MAB/DAV that I've ever seen, it's a very good bet that this is associated with MAB/DAV.
