This is an OD color ?antenna base? or ??? about a foot tall and 2-3 inches diameter, pretty robust construction. Came in a lot of 19 Set items- does that help identify it? Altho it does not taper at all to meet the 19 Set aerial sections. Tnx- Hue Miller
