I have attempted to report this to eBay.

If the seller listed for the highjacked auctions is, in fact, legit -- and
it looks that way, maybe someone should send him a message through ebay
asking whether it's actually his auction. The tipoff is the statement in the
auction:

The listed seller, pjmaxted <http://myworld.ebay.com/pjmaxted/>, appears to
be in Australia, or so it says....
