911 - [Milsurplus] No more public access to LOGSA Electronic TMs?

The LOGSA site was locked up due to 911; in an effort to prevent the 
Evil Doers from building or repairing their BC-348's.  To get something 
out of the site today, you have to know someone who knows someone.
