[Milsurplus] No more public access to LOGSA -- FOLLOWUP

I just called LOGSA on their 24/7 800 number.  The YL told me that there 
is a problem on the site that should be fixed in a few days, so public 
access should be restored then.

I asked also whether any files had been archived off, but she didn't 
know -- suggested calling back. 

Now I  have to keep an eye out for those black SUV's, not to mentinon 
the revenuers ;-).
