Hi Brad:

That's an interesting look back in time some 40+ years.  The modern 
Loran-C system sure has changed a lot.
My interest is in using Loran-C for timing, where it's about as good as 
GPS.  That's to say in the 1 ns per day area, far from the 1 us per day 
mentioned in the 1961 paper.
