Responses I've gotten on this have asked if I have a schematic or plan to
reverse engineer one. I'm not in a position to commit the time required. I
am plannuing to scan the top & bottom of the circuit board as well as the
top of the module itself if anyone is interested. Email me direct & I'll
send the jpegs attached to the reply. I don't know how big they will be so
plan to either have a broadband ISP connection or a lot of patience!
I have also asked Ricxhard Lacroix in Toronto if he has any info on this.
He's the expert on Canadian military radio gear but this module is not
mentioned in the PRC-25 writeup in his web site.
I have an unused Barstow-rebuilt PRC-25B that I modified back to narrowband
receive. I may just keep the module & use it to convert that set to a noise
squelch receiver, though there isn't much of interest around me on 50 kHz
channels between 30.00-75.95.
