[Milsurplus] Spectrum Usage in WW II

Does anyone know of a concise chart or table that lists the various systems and the spectrum allocations used in WW II? I keep running across bits of information, but my files are nowhere near complete, and I've not compiled the data.. I'm especially interested in the area above HF and systems used in aircraft. Ideally, such information would include system designation, emission type & power, and usage.
