[Milsurplus] microphone

I don't have the Navy Type Numbers in my database, but if it's a sound 
powered microphone, then any phone talker.  But very seldom an officer.  If it's 
carbon, then telephone switchboard (Navy or USMC) or USMC crew-served vehicle.  
The Type Numbers are only 6 digits higher than for the Navy version of the T-45 
lip microphone, so probably assigned 1943 or so.
