No, there is no control box. An indicator lamp ID-42/APS-13, bell, ON-OFF
switch, TEST switch and dimmer rheostat were supplied loose and mounted
somewhere on the instrument panel.
The antenna (AN-62/APS-13 or AS-151/APS-13) was installed onto both sides of
the vertical stablizer. AN-62 is a folded dipole with one each reflector and
director. The Operator's manual I have does not show either drawing or
photograph of AS-151 but the text says the only difference is the length of the tie
cable between the two halves or sides..
There is no theory of operation in the Op Manual. The only externally
accessable control is the receiver RF gain pot. I've never seen the maintenance
manual although I do have a schematic of the set.
