[Milsurplus] certain ebay seller ?

Sightly OT but maybe of interest to us all. 
 
Anyone had any dealings with an ebay tube seller called  'PETZ',  located in 
Depew,New York ?
 
Only having paid him for tubes I can get no reply to emails, either direct  
or via ebay, or know not if my goods have been sent. I have of course contacted 
 ebay (for what that's worth !)
 
He has over a 1000 in feedback, but we all know what that's also worth. 
 
If anyone has delt with him contact me direct if you like.
