Whatever that watch holder may be, it ain't a Wireless Set 19 holder as
the seller claims. It's certainly similar to the
British/Canadian/Commonwealth radio watch holders, but not the same. This
one has an extra notch, which may be for a stop watch start/stop button.
Also, the depth is much shallower than the British type. I don't know
whether the three holes are the same spacing as the British type, nor
whether they line up with the BC-312 holes... I can check with my British
watch holders, I have a pack of them.
There is information and photos on the Wireless Set No. 19 Yahoo group of
watches used for "wireless" equipment. There are certain markings on the
backs of the watches (G.S.T.P. - General Service Time Piece - among
others, like the British/Commonwealth broad arrow property mark, etc.).
The watches have long stems, some have no bows to fit the holder - they
were different contracts and had minor differences in stem length
The British Commonwealth radio watches are not stop watches.
Almost all British Commonwealth military radio equipment (except manpack)
had watch holders.
I have a GSTP watch which is usually snapped in one of my WS19's or the
R107 receiver.
I never saw a period photo of a BC-312/324 with a watch holder...
