Lloyd -
I think he slipped 2 decimal places on the starting bid. Must be a first 
timer.  I told him so and offered $20.00. 
I saw on in an antique mall for 20.00 in about the same shape and 
worked, was playing.  The dealer there wanted
$25.00.  I may go back this week end and get me a new Epay Retirement plan.
