that any foreign nationals will approach him
for flying lessons at his base in Iraq!!!

My son is a flying USAF Lt. & civvy Certified Flight Instructor.

He received a FAA letter last month.  It was a request to apply for
reporting forms for submittal should a foreign national approach
him for flying lessons.
