I'm virtually certain that there is no relay in the MN-26 and RA-10 series
loops. In those systems there is a special cable with armor and over braid.
There is no loop relay in the MN-26 and I've never seen a provision for an
external relay box in either system. There is an optional loop relay on the
front of the RA-10, but it's to choose between antennas not serve a T/R function
and is controlled by a switch on the loop azimuth control box. In fact, the
difference between the MN-26 and RA-10 azimuth controls is the former has one
toggle switch, the latter two.
I suspect, but don't remember, that the long wire antenna input has a neon bulb
as part of a limiting circuit.
