[Milsurplus] ARB Receiver Canvas Cover

Having served in the submarine service, we had a lot of classified 
equipment. If the equipment was in a place that it could be viewed by 
someone without a clearance, there was a cover for it. At sea, the covers 
were not installed. On an aircraft, it could be that the security cover was 
installed on the classified equipment. On a carrier, I could see the covers 
being installed to prevent the uncleared steward from seeing the equipment 
as he delivered the CO his coffee.

Just some thoughts.
