These rigs were built in the U.S. and, like the SCR-522, 
are knock-offs of British designs.  They are dual-tagged 
both for dual-force use and to comply with applicable law,
and, I suspect, in deference to the feelings of our Brit allies.
Even for the brilliant and determined British of 1940,
it was hard to mass-produce anything while getting the
whey bombed out of them. Seeing an American tag on 
a rig with no acknowledgement of its Brit origins would,
I suspect, have been galling.
