[Milsurplus] parting rigs

Once someone has bought and paid for something,
that item is his or hers alone.

No non-purchaser has any real right to demand that
his or her personal ideas as to what can or should be
done to or with it be "obeyed."

If any such person wishes to live in a land where the
few "annointed" ones can control his or her life, then
I can suggest any number of socialist, muslim, or
otherwise dictatorial countries.

AMEN !! Or even bother to read the instructions.

The really sad thing is that a few like that can spread a myth that the
BC-xxx
is ONLY usable after having all it's guts stripped........ Older radios are
not
'appliances' like toasters and require some SKILL to set up and operate.

I wonder how many BC-1066s were bought and stripped for their case and
dials?
Sadly far too many, IMO.
