You want to talk to Jim Karlow. I don't know if he does RT-524s, but
I'll bet he does.
He has worked on a couple of my radios, one of which is newer than an
RT-524 by at least a decade. I bought a radio from him also, and was
completely satisfied with my transaction. I've found him to be pleasant
to deal with, his prices seemed more than fair to me, and he took care
of my radios promptly.
I have only good experiences in dealing with Jim.
