Well, I've seen them listed on the evil place fairly often.  I think 
someone also advertises in Electric Radio, or at least used to.  I 
prefer the ambiance of the yellowed scale, but if you are doing a 
full up restoration, have at it.  I would suspect, given the 
linearity of the calibration, that generation of art work using even 
a simple drafting program should not be difficult.  All the scales 
are identical, only the numbers (and one color) change.  And a quick 
measurement shows it apparently fitting on a single 8½" X 11" sheet.
