[Milsurplus] #4-36 machine screws

I wonder where I can find some #4-36 machine screws to dress-up my RALs?
They're the tiny things holding the plates on the panel.  #4-40 is 
common, but not #4-36.  The screws all came out hard, so I ran a tap 
through the holes and the screws go in easily now.  Do holes shrink? 
#4-40 screws will start, but won't go in more than a turn or two.  Some 
of the original screws look pretty bad, and I need more.
