[Milsurplus] scr287 sidetone

Hi all

I'm marrying a BC-348 and BC-375, and am wondering
how was the sidetone from the transmitter fed to the
operator's headphones?

I'm guessing that the sidetone output(it is relay switched
inside the transmitter) is just connected to the headphone
line, but could it be more complicated than that? The problem
I see with that is that in monitor mode, the operator would
be hearing both the receiver output and the transmitter
sidetone.
