[Milsurplus] I clarify: Refuse export buyer?

To clarify: i specified a number of areas i would ship to. This comprised
only basically the WW2 Allied countries. Just my personal preference 
for a WW2 item. And truthfully i have seen the same kind of preferences
shown by people in some former WW2 Axis countries. It's only natural,
i suppose.

I specified this, and "No agents for buyers" to rule out, if i could:

1) Nigerian "buyer agent" scammers, who have hit on me before.

2)  Buyer agents for other countries, legitimate operators, but whose
   purchase would foil my preference on where i wanted my item
   to go.

The seeker overseas, i am sure, will find a BC-1000. Just not this one. 
And truthfully, i am thinking that if an individual from that country
had written me, to ask me to make an exception, so i understood 
why he wanted this radio,  it could happen.
