WSB 50KW 'voice of south' had a CIA visit @ offices & tx site
simultaneously.

They came with a 750kc sig source to sub for the xtal oven - they
were sure ready.  It did low data rate phase-shift keying, NOT AFSK.
It was connected to a dedicated foneline & a secret box,' probably a
modem.

It ran for 4 days & was then unceremoniously removed.

Note WSB thunders into Cuba all night.
