I agree. With the no code ham radio ticket so easy to get these days
a lot of them could get licensed and use the radios legally  on 6 meters.
Combining hobbies is a good thing.
May be we could get a slit trench to slit trench long distant back pack 
record. I can smell the excitement now.
I use ham radio with my motorcycling.
