Since I lurk on this list mainly because I am  a MV'er who also likes 
Mil radios (and telephone and test eq), I thought I should reply. I 
think a lot of MV'er would love to see some working radio gear at our 
shows.  A well equipped radio truck or como shelter would be great to.

Another angle would be the re-enactors.  The MVPA 
http://www.mvpa.org/mambo/index.php has been developing ties with them 
in recent years.  While I don't like everything the re-enactors do, it 
seems that we all need to stick together if we don't want to die out or 
to have our collectibles outlawed by the government.
