Marty,

I just got access, courtesy of another list member, to a copy of "STAFF 
OFFICERS' FIELD MANUAL For Amphibious Operations" dtd 10 September 1944 (Fleet 
Marine Force Pacific).  I haven't read through the whole thing yet as I was 
looking for something specific but aside from Jeep mounted TCS and M3 TD and M3 or 
M5 Stuart mounted GF/RU, the other radios I saw listed with vehicles were 
SCR-193, SCR-299, SCR-508, SCR-528 and SCR-510.  Need to go back and look to see 
whether any portable sets are listed.
