Just speculating:  The input for the GO-9 and TBW is about 700 Watts, so 
since transformers and generators are thermally limited, and 
transmitters are not continuous duty, 500 to 700 VA is not too much of a 
stretch.  Voltage is a more serious question.  If the PE-206 is a 
saturated-pole design you aren't going to get more than 80 volts. If 
not, 110 volts is possible.  My 800-1 is rated at 110 volts, operates 
fine at 120 volts, and can go up to about 150 volts, but I don't know if 
it will support 150 volts under load.  If the PE-206 works it will 
certainly be working hard.
