[Milsurplus] ART-26 radar video tx & APT-5 jammah

[Unserviceable but Repairable]

These sets both use this 3C22 triode to generate 360-600 mhz rf.  The 
jammah exploits 2nd harmonics to take her to 1200 mhz.

That cavity & many glue parts same on both.  Clearly same mfgr which,
on the probably more largely built APT-5 is CKW.  (the ART-26 just
shows a nav air PO... and per aw288 was p/o 'cadillac' airborn radar
video repeater)

Neat re-use of stuff between these gizmos & I's sure like to see a schemat 
& tube placemanet chart for the ART-26.  Do have a 6/63 73-mag conversion
art'l to put one on 440 atv
