It is most assuredly a university.  If anyone's
interested, there are other older publications
resident there at http://www.introni.it/Antichità.htm
though it might help to be able to understand Italian
for most of them.  OTOH, a schematic is a schematic in
any language.

Now ... if I could find the CQ and 73 surplus
publications ... <G>
