No, it could be 120/240 3-phase 3-wire.

USUALLY you have 240 volt 4-phase, BUT, if you connect
the windings at the mid-point and parallel them you
can get 120 volt 3-phase in a delta configuration.  It
would give you three 120 volt circuits easily right
off the genset.
