Thanks to all who replied about my ART-13B. 

Robert... there are no signs of rivets around any of the jacks on the 
transmitter, all jacks are visible.  I suppose I need to open it up and 
see exactly where the connections to the added toggle switch lead.  
However, if it is not a military conversion I want to remove it, so I 
don't guess it much matters.

So, is it possible to replace only this bottom cover?  Does anyone have 
one?
