[Milsurplus] Germans and collecting

I've sold a few radio items (we don't sell any non-radio electronics) into
Germany and Austria. Mix of TM's, BC-611 parts, and a smattering of
SCR-508/608, AN/GRC-9 and AN/ART-13 items.
