Jim,
Unfortunately, the content of the Internet obeys Sturgeion's Law. It isn't a
receiver, but as the nomenclature implies, a piece of test equipment,
specifically a Frequency Shift Monitor Unit. It covers 2 to 26 MC. According to the
listing in NAVSHIPS 900,116, it was often installed in the cabinet with the
Model FSA or FSB Frequency Shift Keyer Units.
There were three models built, OCT, OCT-2 and OCT-3.
