[Milsurplus] CHZ-60170 / OCT-3

I have the above NOS still crated.  Could be 50's vintage RTTY
receiver.  Contract number is 42028.  From what was found on the web, I
know it is a superhet, most likely single conversion.  Made by
Hazeltine, covers 1 through 26 kc/s.  Minimum complement of knobs. 
Just a 0 to 100 vernier drive, no frequency display so I guess the
manual has a conversion chart.  Meter reads in frequency shift, 0 to
1500 cps.
Any other info?
