Let's try this again with the right subject line.  Someone might want 
to bring this to the attention of the WS 19 group, as the two extra 
front panel holes may be the only butchery.  Are the Russian markings 
common, or rare?

Well, here's one for the books.  A Wireless set 19 Mk III built by 
RCA Canada and with Cyrillic legends on the E place described as:

See it at 9144510247  Cheap at twice the price!

And explain to me how the idio----er----ah----owner came up with that 
description.
