Hello all,
An old Columbia Electronics catalog describes the AN/UPM-15 as an
instrumnent used for testing pulse amplifiers and networks as well as
modulating oscillators. It generates single or double pulsed of variable
repetition rate, , pulse width, pulse amplitude and pulse delay. It gives
also a number of specs if anybody is interested.
Hope this helps.
