[Milsurplus] Power Supply PP-4763/GRC

I just started sorting out a PP-4763 50GRC 28-v power supply. Inititaly had 30.10 volts on power up, but it dropped out in a few seconds. A visual inspection found c-101 (100-uf 67volt) on the control card had blow out some time back ( no debris present, no bang or no smoke here). Anyone have a source on line for a depot level manual? I have the organization level but it is'nt worth a damn, no schematic or theroy, much less trouble shooting. Thanks in advance
